Event Design - $200 +

Price and flow of service varies.

Minimum of 3 meetings; a tour of the location of the event, review of the planned decor and a meeting to review the estimate.

I will be on sight hours before the start of event setting up and ensuring vendors are executing design plans.

Pricing depends on requests and the creation/research/organization of various design aspects.
Coordination - $800 +

3 meetings with the client for clarifying details of all chosen vendors and general event details.

Vendor recommendations, if not all have been chosen.

All vendor contracts are reviewed by me.

Vendor contact is done by the client until 2 week mark.

Unlimited emails/text/calls during business hours.

Day of, and rehearsal if needed, execution by myself and assistant(s).

Two months in advance is preferred.
Full Service Planning - $2000 +

10 meetings with the client for event and vendor planning.

Continuous vendor contact and scheduling/attendance to vendor meetings.
