Located in California, Bianca is the planner or coordinator for your next event. Bianca has led Celestial for two years and specializes in event and wedding planning. Although being a new company, Celestial's clients will vouch for her expertise.

She is known for servicing all spectrums of clients and adjusting to fit their needs and budgets.
